Our Story of the Worlds Best Cupcakes!

My son Aidan and I started a tradition two years ago. We proclaimed Monday Bake Night! Like mother, like son, we both are obsessed with cupcakes and started baking them from scratch weekly. This was true happiness. We would use our imaginations to create new recipes like Aidan's favorite, The Joe Dirt.
